1. Generally, due to the large number of interface pins on the MICRO USB socket, and the longer the pins, the less pressure it can withstand, it is recommended not to use heavy objects to compress the product when storing the USB socket interface to avoid damage to the USB socket. And for the packaging of MICRO USB female socket, it is recommended to generally use tape packaging, as this can avoid pin damage caused by drops during soldering and handling operations.


Secondly, when welding the micro USB socket, please be careful not to pour out all the packaging tubes of the micro USB socket at once. If you do not pay attention to the strength when picking up the material, the products will be squeezed against each other, causing a pin foot to bend under force and show unevenness on the solder pad, which may lead to virtual welding and false welding during welding.


3. If the distance between the pins is too close during soldering, the two pins may be accidentally soldered together.
